How Customers View and Accept a Quote
Your customer receives a link and can accept or decline your quote directly from their browser — no login needed.
When you send a quote, your customer receives an email with a link to a public quote page. They can review it and respond without needing an AstaBill account.
What the customer sees
- They receive an email with the subject line and a link to view the quote.
- They open the quote in any browser — phone or laptop.
- They review the line items, totals, notes, and expiry date.
- They click Accept Quote if they're happy, or Decline if not.
- You receive a notification in AstaBill when they respond.
- If they accepted, the quote status changes to Accepted and you can convert it to an invoice.
Share the quote link directly via WhatsApp or SMS if you know the customer prefers those channels. You can copy the link from the quote detail page.
