AstaBill blocks new invoice creation for that month and points you to Billing with a clear upgrade path. Existing invoices, payments, and history remain intact.

Do customer limits depend on plan?+

Yes. Free includes 25 customers, Starter includes 250, Growth includes 2,000, and Business removes the cap entirely. Paystack payment links are included on every plan.

Do pending invites count toward the user limit?+

Yes. Pending invites reserve seats so a business cannot exceed the limit through over-inviting.

Which plans include recurring invoices and reminders?+

Free includes one recurring schedule to try the workflow. Starter unlocks unlimited recurring schedules plus automated email reminders, while Growth adds WhatsApp and SMS reminder channels.

Which plans remove AstaBill branding?+

Starter, Growth, and Business remove branding. The free plan keeps AstaBill branding visible.

Are sales receipts available on all plans?+

Yes. Every plan — including Free — includes sales receipts. They are a separate document from invoices: you use them for walk-in customers, cash sales, and on-the-spot Mobile Money transactions that do not start with an invoice. The receipt is shareable by link or deliverable by email instantly, and it appears alongside your invoice revenue in the dashboard.

Which plans include accounting integrations?+

QuickBooks Online, Xero, and Zoho Books integrations are available on the Business plan only. They sync customers, invoices, and payments automatically so your accounting software stays in step with AstaBill.

Is there annual billing?+

Yes. Annual billing applies a 10% discount compared to month-to-month pricing.
