How to Add and Manage Customers
Your customer list in AstaBill stores contact details for everyone you invoice, saving you time on every new invoice.
Your customer list in AstaBill stores contact details for everyone you invoice. Building it properly saves time — you won't have to re-enter the same details every time you create an invoice.
To add a customer
- Click Customers in the left menu.
- Click Add Customer.
- Fill in their name, email address, phone number, and business address.
- Add their TIN if they're a VAT-registered business (useful for B2B invoices).
- Click Save.
To edit or delete a customer
- Find the customer in your list and click their name.
- Click Edit to update any details.
- To delete, click the three-dot menu (⋮) → Delete Customer.
Deleting a customer doesn't delete their invoices. Past invoices are preserved in your records even if the customer profile is removed.
