How to Convert a Quote to an Invoice

When a customer accepts your quote, converting it to an invoice takes a single click. All line items, taxes, and discounts carry over automatically — you don't need to re-enter anything.

Steps

1. Go to Quotes and open the accepted quote.
2. Click Convert to Invoice.
3. Review the invoice that is pre-filled from the quote details.
4. Adjust the due date or add any final notes if needed.
5. Click Send to email the invoice to the customer.

Converting a quote to an invoice does not delete the original quote. The quote is marked as Converted and you can still view it from the Quotes list.
