How to Create Your AstaBill Account

Create your AstaBill account in under two minutes — all you need is an email address and a password.


Creating your AstaBill account takes less than two minutes. All you need is an active email address. Once you sign up, a short onboarding wizard walks you through the setup — then you're ready to send your first invoice.

Sign up

  1. Go to astabill.com and click Sign Up.
  2. Enter your email address and a password. That's all registration needs — no name required at this stage.
  3. Check your inbox for a verification email from AstaBill and click the link inside.
  4. Once verified, you'll be taken to the onboarding wizard.

Onboarding wizard (4 steps)

  1. Step 1 — Location: Select your country and default currency. This sets the currency shown on every invoice you send and adapts the phone number format to your region.
  2. Step 2 — Personal details: Enter your first name, last name, and personal phone number.
  3. Step 3 — Business basics: Enter your business name, contact email, phone number, and address. You can also add your Tax ID (TIN or VAT number) here.
  4. Step 4 — Payout setup: Link a bank account or mobile money number so customers can pay you online. You can skip this step and add it later in Settings → Payments.

Use a business email (e.g. info@yourbusiness.com) rather than a personal Gmail if possible. It looks more professional on invoices you send to customers.
