How to Send a Sales Receipt to a Customer

Once you've saved a sales receipt, you can email it to the customer from within AstaBill. The send composer lets you preview the email, edit the subject and message, and confirm before sending.

Steps

1. Open the sales receipt you want to send.
2. Click Send Receipt.
3. The send composer opens with a live preview of the email on the right.
4. Edit the subject line or message body if you want to personalise it.
5. Confirm the recipient email address.
6. Click Send. The customer receives the receipt by email and can also open it via a shareable link.

You can also use the Copy link button at the top of the composer page to copy the public receipt link and share it via WhatsApp or SMS if the customer prefers.
