How to Set Up Scheduled Report Digests

AstaBill can send you a financial summary by email on a weekly or monthly schedule. This is useful for getting a regular overview of your invoicing activity without having to log in each time.

Steps

1. Go to Settings → Compliance & Reporting.
2. Scroll down to the Report digests section.
3. Tick Send report digests.
4. Choose a Frequency: Weekly or Monthly.
5. Enter the Delivery email address.
6. Click Send test digest to preview what the email looks like.
7. Click Save Changes.

Scheduled report digests require the Growth plan or above.
