How to Upgrade or Downgrade Your Plan

Upgrading takes less than a minute. You can also downgrade at any time — your account moves to the new plan at the start of your next billing cycle.


Upgrading takes less than a minute. You can also downgrade at any time — your account moves to the new plan at the start of your next billing cycle.

To upgrade

  1. Go to Settings → Billing.
  2. Click Upgrade Plan.
  3. Select the plan you want.
  4. Enter your payment details and confirm.
  5. Your account updates immediately.

To downgrade

  1. Go to Settings → Billing.
  2. Click Change Plan.
  3. Select a lower plan.
  4. Confirm. The downgrade takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you keep your current features until then.

If your business is seasonal (e.g. you're busier in December), you can upgrade for a month or two and downgrade when things slow down. You won't be locked in.
