Understanding AstaBill Plans: Free, Starter, Growth, and Business
AstaBill offers four plans. The right one depends on how many invoices you send, how many people need access, and how you want to chase late payers.
AstaBill offers four plans. What moves you up the ladder is invoice volume, team size, and how hard you need to chase late payers — nothing else. Every plan includes quotes, sales receipts, an item catalog, a revenue overview, and Paystack payment links. Expense tracking starts on Starter.
Plan overview
- Free — 5 invoices a month, 25 customers, 1 user, 1 business. Everything you need to send your first invoices and get paid. AstaBill branding stays on the invoice.
- Starter — 60 invoices a month, 250 customers, 2 users, 2 businesses. Removes AstaBill branding, adds expense tracking with CSV export, automated email reminders, unlimited recurring schedules, credit notes, and AR aging.
- Growth — Unlimited invoices, 2,000 customers, 5 users, 3 businesses. Adds WhatsApp and SMS reminders, automatic late fees, partial payments, a custom sender domain, GRA VAT reports, expense approvals, customer insights, and invoice performance.
- Business — Unlimited invoices and customers, 10 users, unlimited businesses. Adds scheduled reports, scheduled expense exports, accounting integrations (QuickBooks, Xero, Zoho Books), and a workspace audit log.
How to check which plan you're on
- Go to Settings → Billing.
- Your current plan and usage are shown at the top.
You won't lose any data if you downgrade. However, some features will be locked until you upgrade again. On Free, for example, the expenses you recorded stay and can still be opened, but you cannot add new ones. If you're unsure which plan fits, start on Free and upgrade when you hit the limits.
