Growth supports up to 5 members, Business supports up to 15. Free and Starter plans are single-user.

Can I control what each team member can see and do?+

Yes. Owners have full access including billing. Admins manage invoices, customers, and reports. Members can create and edit invoices but cannot access settings or billing.

What plan is right for a growing SME?+

Growth (GHS 199/month) is the right starting point — it covers unlimited invoices, payment links, reminders, branding removal, and up to 5 team members. Business (GHS 349/month) scales to 15 members with priority support.

Can we use AstaBill across multiple business locations?+

AstaBill is structured around a single business workspace per account. Team members across locations can all access the same workspace. Multi-business support is available on request.

Does AstaBill generate reports for cash flow review?+

Yes. The Reports section shows invoice totals, payment summaries, and outstanding balances by period and by client. CSV export is available on Growth and Business plans.
