How many team members can I add to AstaBill?+

The Growth plan supports up to 5 team members and the Business plan supports up to 15. If you need more, contact us. The Free plan is single-user only.

What roles are available for team members?+

AstaBill has three roles: Owner (full access including billing), Admin (full invoice and customer access), and Member (can create and edit invoices but cannot access settings or billing).

Can team members see all invoices or only their own?+

Admins and Owners see all invoices across the business. Members see all invoices by default — visibility scoping by team member is not currently supported but is on the roadmap.

What plan do agencies typically need?+

Growth (GHS 199/month) is the right starting point for most agencies — it covers unlimited invoices, payment links, reminders, branding, and up to 5 team members.

Can we add our agency logo and brand colour to invoices?+

Yes. Upload your logo and set your primary brand colour in Settings. Every invoice and public payment page reflects your branding. Starter and above remove AstaBill branding entirely.
