Can I invoice per project and per retainer separately?+
Yes. Each invoice is its own record with its own line items, due date, and payment status. You can create as many invoices per client as your plan allows and filter by client to see the full billing picture.
What happens after a client pays?+
AstaBill detects the Paystack confirmation, updates the invoice status to Paid, and sends a PDF receipt to the client automatically. No manual step is required from you.
Can I send invoices in foreign currencies?+
AstaBill currently processes payments in GHS via Paystack. You can display a custom currency label on the invoice for billing purposes, but Paystack checkout settles in GHS.
Which plan is best for a solo consultant?+
The Free plan (30 invoices/month) works well if you have a small, steady client base. Starter (GHS 69/month) is the practical upgrade — unlimited payment links, automated reminders, and no AstaBill branding on your invoices.
Can my accountant access the reports?+
Yes. Invite your accountant as a Member on Growth or Business plans. They can view reports, export CSV data, and check VAT summaries without access to settings or billing.
